RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, giving you 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@fashionlikeyou.com with your order number. Please do not send items back before your return has been confirmed, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and earrings cannot be returned if their hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed. All other items can be returned under the conditions above. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
