RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@fashionlikeyou.com with your order number. Please do not send items back before your return has been confirmed, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

For all other returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn or removed from their packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get what you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
