My laptop, water bottle, wallet and everything else goes in without me having to cram anything. It still holds its shape at the end of the day, which surprised me. It has become my everyday bag.

With sneakers during the day and heels at night it reads as two different dresses. I do not need to go home and change if something comes up after work. That is genuinely useful.

Over a dress in the evening, over jeans on the weekend, over anything at all. It has become my default without me ever deciding that. My other jackets have not moved.

It is exactly the shade from the photo, both in daylight and under a lamp in the evening. That is not always what you get when ordering online. I am getting another in a different colour.

It arrived ahead of the date given and both pieces were folded carefully. Everything matched the description on the site exactly. There was nothing at all to complain about.

The length was correct without needing to take them up, which almost never happens for me. I could wear them the same evening they arrived. That alone made the order worth it.

I ordered my usual size and it was right straight away, with no need to exchange. That saved me the whole business of sending anything back. I will order the same size again.

There was no stiff leather to break in over two weeks like I am used to. They were comfortable straight out of the box with no rubbing at the heel. I wore them all day immediately.

They are deep enough to hold a phone without it falling out when I sit down. Such a small thing and it makes a real difference day to day. I wish more pairs did this.

It was here two days after ordering, folded neatly with no sharp creases. Everything matched the description and the photos on the site. I was pleasantly surprised.

It falls well without clinging anywhere, including across the arms which is usually my issue. I am comfortable in it all day, even sitting down for hours. It has become a regular.
